FAQ

What if my goods don´t arrive?

Please allow 14 working days before querying a non-delivery – then call us on 0203 186 1006 or email enquiries@ournaturalselection.com. For more information see our Delivery and Returns Policy.

What if my goods arrive wrong or damaged?

No problem, just return the items to us. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and we will reimburse your costs in returning it to us. Please contact our Customer Services team on 0203 186 1006 or email enquiries@ournaturalselection.com and advise our staff. See our Delivery and Returns Policy.

What if I change my mind and don´t want the goods?

No problem. Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you purchased the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please keep a posting receipt of any goods returned. But please note, we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

I live outside of the UK, how can I buy from the shopping trolley?

Choose the items you want and enter your delivery address in your country. The postage and packaging will be calculated for you. 

It worries me that you ask for so many personal details about me before I can buy. How do I know you won´t pass them on to someone else?

We protect your details as required by UK Data Protection Acts 1984 and 1998. By placing your order with us you are allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying your goods. All personal information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned.

When buying from outside of England and not therefore in UK sterling, how is the amount calculated in my own currency?

The exchange rate used will be that on the day of the transaction and will be showed clearly on your next credit/debit card statement.

How does subscription work?
Set up a subscription and your products will be delivered to your door at the frequency of your choice. Cancel any time before your renewal date with no obligations, just log into your account. Read more here.
