Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt (Monday to Friday). However please allow 14 working days before querying a non-delivery. With Covid19 some parcels are taking longer than usual to arrive so please bear with us. Any issues regarding non delivery of an order must be addressed in writing within 30 days. After 30 days no refund or replacement can be given.
Post and packaging charges are displayed within the Shopping Trolley check out.
If your parcel is not collected from the post office and returned back to us you may become liable for any charges to resend the parcel.
Please note some international orders may be subject to additional shipping fees or customs charges. These fees are controlled by each country’s internal shipping agent and are outside the control of Natural Selection. Please note that the recipient of the parcel is responsible for paying any customs charges.
Additionally it is solely the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the products they are purchasing are permitted for entrance into their country.
Natural Selection accepts no liability for any orders confiscated due to unauthorised purchases and cannot refund any costs incurred or refund the order.
Returns
Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you ordered the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please keep a posting receipt of any goods returned. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Should you wish to return all or part of your order, please notify us in writing prior to posting (enquiries@ournaturalselection.com).
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. If you are withdrawing from your purchase within this seven-working day ´cooling-off´ period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:
where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we´ll refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred
where you are returning an entire order, we´ll refund applicable per item delivery charges and the per delivery charge that you incurred
we will refund only standard airmail postage charges for items delivered outside the UK
if we arrange to collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the cost of collection from you.
Incorrect Order sent, Damaged or Faulty Items
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will reimburse your costs in returning it to us. Please contact our Customer Service team on 0203 186 1006. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel if there is a problem.
