Asphalia is a plant-based supplement made from selected barley and oat grasses.
The leaves are dried and cold-milled as part of the preparation process before being supplied in plant-source vegetarian capsules. This same biomolecule is known to regulate the circadian cycle, helping ensure a restful sleep without disturbing vital sleep architecture.

How to Take Asphalia
Take 1–2 capsules approximately 30 minutes before bedtime.
For an alternative method of use, the capsule can be opened and the contents mixed with water.
