MCTs are medium-chain triglycerides from coconut oil which aid in the absorption of the Co-enzyme Q10.
This product is from Viridian and is the Ubiquinone form – in kosher, vegan and vegetarian caps. The triglycerides it contains have been added to aid absorption.
