What Is Ojibwa Indian Herbal Tincture?
Ojibwa Indian Herbal Tincture is a four-herb botanical formulation associated with René Caisse.
This formulation combines:
- Organic Burdock Root – 53%
- Wild Sheep Sorrel Leaf, Stem and Root – 35%
- Organic Slippery Elm Inner Bark Powder – 10%
- Organic Turkish Rhubarb Root – 2%
These four botanical ingredients are combined with filtered steam-distilled water to produce the liquid formulation.
Ojibwa Herbal Ingredients
Organic Burdock Root
Burdock root makes up the largest proportion of the formulation at 53%. Burdock is a botanical belonging to the Arctium genus and has a long history of use in traditional herbal preparations.
Wild Sheep Sorrel
Wild sheep sorrel makes up 35% of the botanical formulation. The leaf, stem and root are included.
Organic Slippery Elm
Organic slippery elm inner bark powder accounts for 10% of the formulation. Slippery elm is obtained from the inner bark of the Ulmus rubra tree and has traditionally been used in botanical preparations.
Organic Turkish Rhubarb Root
Organic Turkish rhubarb root completes the four-herb combination and accounts for 2% of the botanical formulation.
