What Is Curcumin Co-Q10?
Curcumin is a naturally occurring compound found in turmeric (Curcuma longa), a plant with a long history of traditional use, including within Ayurveda.
Co-enzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a compound naturally present in the body and found in certain foods. This formula provides CoQ10 in its ubiquinone form.
Viridian combines these ingredients with coconut-derived MCT in a single capsule, providing an alternative to taking separate curcumin and CoQ10 supplements.
